So, I've posted this discussion, held last month at Boalt/Berkeley during a week long "Say No to Torture" conference, in the video forum. It's probably the best informed one I've found. Ray McGovern moderates and the panel is excellent. It was sponsored by World Can't Wait, other local organizations that still work to bring the torture perps to justice. Fyi
