I know four conservatives who voted for Obama.

They weren't very radical Republicans or anything; they were more libertarian types. One of them was concerned about Supreme Court justices, for instance. One of them initially supported the Iraq War but was upset that the reasons given for starting it turned out to be false. Another of them is just kind-of centrist but came from a poor background so he tends to have a bootstrap philosophy. Another was actually someone who petitioned to get the Libertarian candidate on the ballot in 2000, so he is a libertarian, but he was very against the Iraq War (a lot of Libertarians were).

7. Actually, the survey says that liberals are more pleased than the centrists.

I'm actually unsure who they'd vote for next time. One of them doesn't like a lot of health care reform, though he does say that everybody under 18 should be covered. I think if Sarah Palin ran in 2012 they'd all go back to Obama.
