Why is the media fighing so hard againse Pelosi being minority leader?
I don't remember such a hasse when Denny Hastert was Leade. Even Lawrence O'Donnell was asking "Are the Dems making a mistake by not putting any fresh faces in their leadership?" I know the Pubs hate her because she was a very effective Maj. Leader, but I think all the left leaning hosts except Rachel seem to be arguing against Pelosi.

7. She did
Lots of stuff passed the House, but got held up in the Senate. Nancy got a lot of legislation passed in the house while she was Majority leader.

3. Most likely they are getting E-Mails, calls etc. from Republicans.
Why did the Republicans spend 61 million in ads against her.
More than one commentator such as Mark Shield's have explained:
Nancy Pelosi may not be comfortable on TV but there is no
one in Congress any better than she is at working the congrss
and using the rules and techniques available to push back against
Republicans. She is well-liked and trusted and can keep
her members in line. In other words, even if they are the
Minority Nancy can be effective. The Republicans believe
it would be easier and they could accomplish more without
a strong more liberal voice.

4. The GOP hates her and they own the MSM - it's that simple.
FWIW, Mr. Obama is against her, too - she is too liberal and she scares him.
She should run for President in 2012.

5. OK, some will be angry
because they want her to stay, because, for all the "effective" stuff, she capitulated where it counted, the whole "off the table" but which gave Bush a pass long before Obama even came in. Someone a lot nastier, like a Clyburn, would actually be willing to call the Blue Dogs on their BS.
