Veterans: Did you fight for an America that tortures?

Doesn't it piss you off that those assholes in the Bush administration decided they would throw away what you fought for? Does it piss you off that Obama administration has yet to prosecute them for torture?

I didn't even risk my life, and it pisses me off. I can only imagine how it makes you guys feel.

3. Torture is not a new thing for the USA

It is just that they are trying to legalize it that is causing such a stir. Bush* says his lawyers made it legal for him to do it. I can guarantee you torture occured in Vietnam as in probably every war we have ever been in.

4. As I look back, I dont see why I joined at all.

I will say I met some nice people and saw some great places. Now that I look back on it, I believe even more, this entire military endeavor our country has taken is nothing more then one huge scam. The sacrifices people in uniform have made did nothing to help them but instead was just a way for rich people to steal other rich peoples, or poor peoples, treasure.
