Dylan Ratigan, Idiot?
Edited on Thu Nov-11-10 04:15 PM by evirus
This guy always irked me right now he's suggesting that opposition to the appalling budget recommendations is due to special interests and playing politics. and agreeing with a guy(jimmy williams, sp?) who basically is suggesting the american public get to vote on budget issues, i mean come on "yah lets get rid of 1/3 of our constitutionally mandated government".

least he's not denigrating business travel in the name of science and technology as frivolous vacation, like he did with some lame duck congressman a while ago(don't remember who)

1. That man always ends up on the side of big money after trying
to talk a good populist game. I'm disgusted with all the media bs right now that "everyone" (e.g. middleclass and poor folks) needs to share the pain when it is these people who have already borne the brunt of the grand theft of wealth. I'll talk about more pain when I start seeing some of these finance and corporate thieves incarcerated and some of their illgotten gains redistributed.

2. Ratigan would be getting a massive tax cut.
There is no shared pain.

Probably a clever move on the part of Simpson and Bowles include that tax cut. Just about every opinion maker out there read the initial recommendations and started seeing dollar signs. Cha-Ching!

4. Dylan is crazy
He is so right on some issues and then just flat-out wrong on others. I dont understand why he is unable to make the logical connections between the various things he says.
