I've solved the S.S. problem!

Raise the age of retirement to 102 1/2 years. Those who make it will receive $1,000,000,000 per month, which will be a bargain. These retirees can then buy Ferrari's and Villas in the south of France and enjoy skydiving from their own planes. I impress myself sometimes.
