Didn't Bush's big original tax cut include a $600 tax rebate for everyone?
Because if the Bush tax cuts are extended wouldn't it be logical for us all to get another tax rebate check?

And fuck that $600 bullshit too. Borrow a little more from China and make that a $6000 rebate for everyone. $600 won't make a difference to anyones life. $6000 on the other hand could make a huge difference. Would for me.

2. No the tax cuts did not go to everyone, the rich got the biggest share
and whatever was left over was given to the middle class on a hit or miss thing, some got something back while others didn't, SO was working at the time she got a $20 tax rebate. Her supervisor got $300, the woman working with her got 0 back even though she had been working longer then both SO and the supervisor.

4. The IRS confiscated mine back then.
Because I owed them money. Couldn't keep up with quarterly payments and still pay the mortage and health insurance.
