5. Okay, Kiel, but which county? Kiel is in both Calumet and
Manitowoc counties. People at DU will want to know....

6. Kiel started in Manitowoc county, but as the city grew, it
expanded into Calumet county. I don't know this snowman's address so I can't say which county it's in.
