Land Office profits for gun dealers, I"m afraid...
Just think, with all this RW Second Amendment Solution crapola and the new Bag-head politicians, a lot of the Left is thinking about guns and ammo too. Even an old-timer like me who just doesn't plan to be rolled over. Big money on the horizon for SOMEONE.

Once the entire USA is armed, wow. Just think of the bottom line for gun dealers, legal or otherwise: Their sales went thru the roof with Obama's Election, HCR and Tree-of-Liberty rhetoric. Now the other side is preparing for ?. I p*ss*s me NO END to think they'll have another $$ windfall as a result of the hubbub. Like a small-arms version of the military-industrial complex, they prosper on lies, chaos and fear.

2. Gun owners are going to have to hold each other up for ammunition.

Here is my comedy play. Gun owners, afraid that guns and ammo will be taken away, hoard ammo thus making it in short supply. This is happening now. Then the past election adds even more gun owners yet the supply of ammo is not increased. The demand increases! So those gun owners who have not enough ammo go to those with excess and try to buy. Well being good capitalists, the ammo hoarders raise the price to the point where no one is willing to buy from them. In the dark of night a gun owner with not enough ammo breaks into the home of one with plenty of ammo and is shot dead. This event is repeated around the nation thus culling the herd and the ammo situation stabilizes.

The great American Novel is born!

4. Ammo shortage has eased and many of us are reloaders anyway
When the asinine CA law about no mail order ammo goes into effect, I will bypass it in other states.

3. My arms merchant charges 4% over cost and documents it to you
Been doing that through good times and bad. He gets a lot of reserve LEO business that way (they have to buy their own weapons here).
