6. My personal opinion is that it will be cut because Corporations

want the payroll tax phased out. For as long as I can remember, Corporations have complained about having to pay employees for sick time off, vacation time, health care benefits, pensions, holiday time off, and the payroll tax. One by one they have chipped away at these pesky expenses in order reduce costs and to "become more competitive" with their foreign competition as a result. Right.
