call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at [phone] and ask for your senators' and/or representative's office. tell them that you want to see at least top 5% returned to Clinton-era tax rates, to help close the deficit. If we all call, maybe they'll hear us...

for Social security or lowering Medicare's eligibility rate is fiscally and morally irresponsible.
