Republicans' reckless disregard for the economic security of America
Edited on Mon Nov-15-10 06:25 PM by Pryderi
Extending the tax cuts to the bloated, gout-ridden aristocracy of our nation will endanger the health of our nation and keep millions of motivated, hard working Americans from realizing the American Dream.

The Democratic party needs to stand against this onslaught from the effete elitists and fight for the American people and its ideals.

1. I wish it were "wreckless"...
...but they've caused a terrible, terrible wreck.

It certainly is reckless, though.

:)

4. And what does one call Printing Money?
Since our leaders won't get tough with the Chinese and other by targeted tariffs, the Fed has stepped in with Quantitative Easing a/k/a Printing Money.

Targeted tariffs would have prompted a few countries to stop keeping their currencies artificially low against the USD. Printing Money devalues our currency against all nations, including our best allies and most fair trading partners. That makes us the USA a bad actor.

Yes, it would take real leadership from the White House to push for targeted tariffs.
