6. Go read about Reinhardt Gehlen and George Kennan

Gehlen, a Nazi war criminal, became the leading US intelligence expert on the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. A fascist reporting on communists, what could go wrong there? As it turns out, plenty. Gehlen consistently overstated the threat to the US from the Soviet Union. A few dozen missiles became a few hundred, Soviet troops were threatening the W. German border when in reality they were retreating from it, etc. etc. It was because of this single man that the US ramped up its military build-up during the fifties and sixties. What's funny is that even when we were able to independently verify, or disprove, Gehlen's wild claims, we didn't. Instead we continued to accept his word as gospel and acted accordingly. The Cold War and the rise of the MIC would have been a lot less if it wasn't for this man.

The reason that Gehlen was taken at face value was because his superiors were Nazi sympathizers and admirers themselves. George Kennan, the author of the Long Telegram, which essentially set out US policy vis-a-vis the Soviet Union, was a huge admirer of fascism and Nazism. Averell Harriman, who had corporations convicted under the Trading With the Enemy Act, was appointed as both our British and Soviet diplomat after WWII, not to mention he was Sec. of Commerce during the Truman administration and went on to challenge for the presidency twice. He was a well known Nazi admirer and expressed a desire to bring about fascism in the US. Other notables on the Nazi admiration parade are the Dulles brothers, who went on to be on the bench and the other head of the FBI. These are the big names, but there were literally dozens of other fascist and Nazi sympathizers serving in government throughout the latter part of the twentieth century.

13. We've had lots of real NAZIS here in Wisconsin, and now many of their extended families. What about

your region/state? It's truly intergenerational, because many of the extended family members know and have been indoctrinated into the hate filled ideology some embracing it while others rejecting it.

I'm interested in hearing about cases of real NAZIS in your neighborhood-and we're not talking about toprank folks or even officers, we're talking about people that include former Waffen SS troops, OPERATION PAPERCLIP professionals, etc.

Here's an example from Wisconsin Heinz Max Schlicke, who was a "passenger" on the last German U-boat mission to Japan, the U-234 which had some very interesting cargo like enriched uranium, infrared proximity fuses (one of Heinz Schlicke's areas of expertise-often called the "father of stealth technology" he was in charge of the Third Reich's naval labs at Kiel during WWII) Heinz was captured aboard the U-234 which is detailed in the link below, a Charles C.
