A 28-year-old Johnstown man is in jail today after his wife discovered that his 10-year-old step-daughter had oral sex with him and he recorded it on his cell phone.

The video of the assault was discovered on his computer by the suspect's wife, who is the mother of the girl.

The suspect told arresting officers that the assault was initiated by the 10-year-old girl.
