Think Arizona tried to pass it at one point and US Supremes overturned it saying

Congress had to do it? Not sure -- may be a problem with memory on that.

But JOBS are the incentive for illegals -- if they can't get a job they'll go home.

Granted, there will be some who will hire them or any American and pay them with

1. The problem is at least here in chicago

alot of illegal immigrants do indeed have social security cards, that are usually from someone how died. And if they have a card and an Id with the same info, how to you prove they are not who they say they are?
