1. Depends on if business is going to use it to stop Obama

If Wall Street wants to affect the election in 2012, they will keep the economy in the hole through much of 2012 in hopes that it derails an Obama reelection.

On the other hand, the GOP just ran on economy and if it doesn't improve, will they be tossed back on the street?

It asked the voter to believe that neutral is "intangibly better" or its equivalents instead of "no change" in that tangibly better is on true end and everything else is on the false.
