A Maryland Physician, I repeat a physician, who has just been elected to the House wants to know why he has to wait 28 days to suck on the teat of America.

First off this twit is a doctor, who probably has a practice connected to a Medical Center. I would guess he has a very special Cadillac health care plan there.

Secondly he has probably turned away many who had the "wrong coverage".
