Is anyone organizing a counter vote for next week's DWTS to keep Caribou Barbie Jr from winning?

I've never watched the show but would definitely vote against Barbie Jr as many times as possible to keep this victory from her cheating fans.

was a barometer of how far the social temperature in the nation could be taken and how far fundies would go when Kris Allen won American Idol over Adam Lambert and homophobia reemerged with a vengeance. DWTS is equally popular with the populace and those who influence that influence the general vote. As Gergen said about the Tea party, dismiss them at your peril. It actually "would" be a good message to send to defeat the talentless Palin and send her home but I do not expect many on DU to see the value in it.
It is really to our detriment that many do not "get" the message control hidden by conservative dominance of these shows.Dems and Progressives feel it is "beneath" themselves to get involved in what compromises a huge market share.

Moore made a great point of pointing out during an interview that
Obama's administration failed to organize and utilize the youth
voters after the election. Once the election was won they allpwed
the very voters responsible to scatter rather than organizing them

ABC does not require a legitimate email address to sign on and use your five votes.
Teabaggers are signing on multiple times and voting over and over again for hours.

Unless you're prepared to spend a couple hours signing on over and over again it's
not worth it. If it makes you feel any better the fans of the show are really pissed off
about this. The finale has been ruined by eliminating Brandy. Jennifer Grey is now the
only possible winner. If she should lose, they will lose their fan base and the ratings
will reflect that in the coming seasons.

I had been voting for Brandy this year, and I have no interest in watching the finale next week. I've had more than enough of watching Bristol Palin trying to move her chubby legs around the dance floor; and, of course, having to endure her disgusting mother showing up practically every week. But I think I will actually sign-in to my abc account and vote next week. You can't "vote against" anyone--you can only vote for your favorite dance couple. So I'll probably give my votes to Jennifer Grey. If it helps to keep Bristol from winning, all the better. If doesn't, so be it. As it is, she looks ridiculous already. Her mom's tea-party cult has already made a mockery of the show this season. Hopefully the ratings will tank next season. Everything the Palins touch turns to crap.
