Remember it was the airlines who didn't put in place the most fundamental recommendations made by the FAA prior to 9/11, who are at fault for the security lapses on that day. September 11th likely never would have happened if airlines did as the FAA instructed them to do. As a result of their greed and incompetence, we are left all being treated like common criminals who are subjected to degrading scanners which deliver radiation, or to an embarrassing, intrusive groping in order to fly.

weekend, if you want to get somewhere far from home, flying is the only way to go. Has airport business slowed down at all? I haven't seen any numbers.
