Does this sound like any non-union places you worked at?
My daughter is right on the verge of quitting this job where she has worked since she was 18 years old. I have seen her come out of work with tears in her eyes over her job.

They pile more work on her every day while the supervisors relatives and friends who are supposed to be working with and doing the same job as her sit around picking their noses and reading comic books all day long.

Then they finally got enough signatures for a union vote last year and the nose picking suck asses she works with all voted against the union because they like the way it is working out for them now.

Anyone else worked under conditions like this?

5. She needs to look for a new job.
Better to look when you are employed. I have done it. Have her set up with an employment agency. Get the search started now. Doing so will make the next weeks until she finds a new job more bearable.

Saying there is no work is no answer. Looking for the job you didn't know was there is the answer. Please pass on my best wishes for her search.

7. I hope soon.
I have been in bad work environments. If she finds a way out and gets a better job with same or better pay, you just watch her energy levels. It's like a heavy weight has been lifted off a running horse. Zoom!

Best of luck.

8. She is trying to get a job at the Ford plant I retired from
Its a pretty long drive but I think it would be real good for her. Fingers crossed.

And thanks for the good wishes for her. She is a good kid. Kid? She is in her 30's. :)
