Bush Tax Cut Public Opinion Unchanged Since Election
Anyone who thought the GOP's win earlier this month meant a public endorsement of their approach to the Bush tax cuts was off-base. The public still supports President Obama's long-held belief that the cuts should expire for the top income bracket, while only 35% support the GOP plan to extend the cuts for everyone, according to CNN/Opinion Research.
