Update; Paul supporter pleads not guilty in stomping case
Tim Profitt, 53, of Bourbon County appeared before Fayette District Judge David Hayse for his arraignment Thursday afternoon on the fourth-degree assault charge. Profitt's attorney, Michael Dean, reiterated Thursday that his client was trying to protect Paul. Hayse scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 7.
Think I will drop by district court that day. It will probably be continued a few times. He is lucky he got Hayse, I know a couple of female judges that would probably fuck him up. Regardless, he is already believing his own lies about protecting the dullard .
Any local DU people who want to go send me a PM, it is a Tuesday. Let's represent.
