Hey America! If you like the Tea-baggers, you're going to "love" the deficit commission

I will never understand how people vote against their own interest for the benefit of the wealthy, but that is exactly what we have.

I'm not ignorant. I know that we are going to have to make some sacrifices to dig ourselves out of this hole, but let's not forget who was holding the shovels...."the top 5%"!!

Now, in order to fix the mess, the proposals are to do so on the backs of the middle-class and poor in this country.

- Raise the Social Security retirement age to 69
- Reduce the child tax credit
- eliminate the mortgage deduction
- freeze government employees...INCLUDING THE MILITARY THAT ARE FIGHTING AND BEING KILLED IN IRAQ AND AFHGANISTAN...for FIVE YEARS!
- require our veterans to "co-pay" for VA Health Care
- REDUCE corporate tax rates
- Extend tax-cuts...including those for the top 5%
- Reduce aid to states
- "re-structure" employee pension plans
- Increase Medicare co-pays

Would someone please tell me when the top 5% are going to be asked to "share in this burden"???

The WWII generation held sheet metal drives and rationed gas, meat and dairy!

What the "blank" are we going to do? Screw the middle-class, poor and their kids and grandchildren.

For the way they want to use America's children and grand-children, Tea-baggers should change their names to "pedophiles"

how horrible the raise in age is, along with focusing on how the "liberals only agree with GUTTING our national security".

Remember how the "liberally biased media" had collective amnesia about Dick Cheney advocating cutting defense spending in the very early 90s ...

2. Err.. The deficit commission was created wholly by Obama.

What do teabaggers have to do with this? This is completely on the President - Congress shot down the commission so he created by executive order.
