Will you allow them into your home? Your bedroom? Your toilet?
Apply step by step logic.

They can search you at the airport.

They want your name and address before you fly so they can check you against lists they have.

They cross check.

They can set in motion the prevention of your boarding even before you arrive.

How long until they send a guy in a raincoat to see you at your place of employment?

Or at your home?

And tell you that you can refuse to let them in; you have that right but if you choose to do so, they can deny you the right to fly.

All you have to do is let them in.

Let them look around.

Let them check for whatever it is they check for. You will hold your kids close and stand aside as they feel and squeeze the teddy bear. Avert your eyes as they look inside the partially used box of your choice in feminine protection products. As they uncover the porn stash below your mattress. As they try to stifle a giggle at the handcuffs and dog leashes you employ as sex toys.

Of course, goodness knows you have nothing to worry about if you're doing nothing wrong.

How long until, following that logic, they avoid the cost of the agent in the raincoat? How long until they install the cameras in your home. For your security, of course.

Yes. Hyperbole. But this IS the logical conclusion of allowing government goons to pat your penis or labia as you submit to enhanced screening.

We'll put up with any humiliation, bear any cost. Just don't let the evildoers hurt us.

8. I'm frightened, for sure. I've got to fly next week
for Thanksgiving. It's an annual trek to visit my brother and his family, and I DO NOT want to miss it. But I don't feel good about being one of the sheeple. Taking a stand against the TSA is important.

If I get pulled out of line for an enhanced grope, I'm afraid I'll pee my pants. I wonder if that would count as adequate protest?

10. You don't get "pulled out of line"
you only get groped if you opt out of the "scan".

11. Not in airports that don't have the new scan machines.
You're subject to being groped at random.

6. They don't even have to enter your home to violate the space
you live in, but can sit curbside and point a high tech device in the direction of your home and hear what you have to say and detect movement within your house.

9. I think they need to quarter troops in our homes
to save money for the Dept of Defense and search for terrorist.

Oh well, that nasty 3rd amendment is in the way.

12. The airport searches of the general public are redundant
and should be concentrated only where needed, on real suspects. If we citizens are already identified, networked and surveilled before we even fly, it is a waste of time and money to search innocent citizens---right?? Seriously, what is all the surveillance of the citizenry for if it is so poor we have to be searched again at the airport???

Because they cannot answer this one, they just want to intimidate the public.
