What went wrong?


on edit-I should say I saw these signs while driving around in Tampa. I am underemployed and my girlfriend is unemployed but we get by, for now, on unemployment. We try to help when we can. I saw a physically challenged man whose eye was closed looking for handouts. I started crying. I have "visited" Daytona Beach, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami-Ft. Lauderdale and it was the same everywhere.

I also wonder where the jobs are. I tell my girlfriend if I win the lottery I want to start a business and create as many jobs as possible. As long as I break even I would be happy.

3. What went wrong??? The Free Marketers and their Conservative

Economic Fundamentalism having free reign in both
Political Parties.

The Sad Fact is they still have free reign in both
parties and therefore it will be like this for
many many years.

Desperation in his eyes. A new cart I'd wager he gambled his last savings to "make a go of it". I was hungry too. I would have loved a nice hot link. But I'm unemployed-or unemployable-and getting by on a small disability.

A lot of people are at the very edge. Its become a downward self feeding spiral.

This country is becoming the Mexico I visited as a child. Very rich gated communities. Guards for the kids on the way to school lest they be kidnapped.

The rich are soon to become prey. It is a world they built brick by brick so I guess there is no pitty to be had for them. I won't be a villian- but I don't see this ending nicely.People gotta eat & desperate time lead to...
