3. I cannot help but entertain that it was only after JS was found out

to having done it too, that KO's position was reinstated so quickly. Now, they had to punish JS too, or else come off as ridiculous.
With KO it was 'indefinite' until the uproar and subsequent discovery of Joe doing it too. Now Joe gets a few days off during the holiday week. and knows he's coming back.
So I won't quite give them the fair and balanced seal of approval.
