What if the TSA changed their policy? How would the Right Wing react?

Let's say that the TSA decided to subject blacks, Hispanics, foreigners, Arabs, Muslims and anyone who looked "scruffy" (i.e. not sufficiently professional and affluent) to rigorous screening.

And then imagine that the TSA also had a policy that would expeditiously and easily allow upper middle class white grandmothers, upper middle class yuppies, businessmen and suburbanite families traveling on a vacation to Disney World to quickly move about their business.

"You folks over in this line, and you other people in this other line over here".

Think about it, would we be hearing a peep of protest from our friends on the Right?

The GOP would brand it a failure of leadership (as if 9/11 wasn't). We'd have a Republican President in 2012.

If a republican were president now, they would be mad as hell of any democrat complained about the process now being used, and if they can get the current process stopped, and as you said a plane "DID" go down, they would be all over it blaming it on Obama's lack of preventive measures to insure this never happened! No matter what president Obama does, they will attack him, it's their plan and they are sticking to it!

6. I actually feel bad for the TSA. This is a fearful nation and

the TSA will be damned if they do and damned if they don't. If they relax the searches and a plane blows up I can't imagine the heat they would get, even from those now complaining. When push comes to shove the majority have become woosies and would give up all liberty for the illusion of safety. News for them....none of us are getting out of this alive.
