Are there Mother-Son purity balls?

All over I seem to hear about and read about Father-Daughter purity balls (this is apparently a big hobby in religious fundy homes). The purpose seems to be to encourage girls to remain "pure" until marriage by not having sex.

Yet I never seem to hear about Mother-Son purity balls to encourage those same values in boys. If these people want the girls to remain chase, it would seem that they should feel just as passionately about the boys living those same values.

So, where are the Mother-Son purity balls?

33. I'm probably crazy, but this reminds me of a recent Joy Behar show discussion...

she had a so-called "sex therapist" on to discuss married sports stars' having affairs (Parker-Longoria). This guy repeatedly insisted that married women have affairs for different reasons than married men do. The men are "opportunistic" (e.g., if someone seems to be interested at a party) but that it means nothing to them, whereas the women do it because they are unhappy in their relationships and/or are passionate about the "other man." (Of course there was no discussion of the sexism of this observation, and even if it were true, it may simply reflect sexist role expectations, i.e., it's ok for men to have casual sex but women are supposed to be "in love.")

My question is: If the sex expert is correct, exactly who are all these married men having meaningless affairs with?
--Married women who are in love with them but it's unreciprocated? (seems very hard to believe)
--Those huge #s of supposedly desperate single women (are there so many of those around relative to single men so that they are all hooking up with married men? And are they in love with these guys the way he claims married women are?) or
--Other men?

Just didn't add up.
