I would bet that Griffin mandated that there be NO MORE talk of either suspension.. As far as he (and NBC) is concerned, it's a mistake that was made and he probably wishes the whole issue would go away..

There will probably be some changes made to the "handbook", and perhaps a re-definition of the categories of people on various shows...

The same people on MSNBC co-mingle with the ones on NBC..Andrea Mitchell comes to mind...she's "news" but she's also POLITICAL (even though the cryptkeeper is retired).

So is Pat Buchanan and Killer-Joe & Mika & most of the rest of them.

WORDS they say about the opponents of candidates and the choices they make about which embarrassing clips they show over and over and over, are worth $$$ too, even if no cash changes hands.

Maybe the "anchor-people" should be the ONLY ones exempt.. That would be easy to enforce and understand, but for the rest of the crew?..they are ALL partisan, even if they don't write a check..

4. Re Joe and Morning Joe

Personally, I think this morning's "Morning Joe" was better than ever without a know-it-all, egomaniac, righty bully on the show.
Can't this be a permanent arrangement?

8. The show and everyone else improves without Joe

With Joe on the program everyone has their set roles that they have to play vis a vis "Morning Zoo" radio.

When Joe isn't on the air people can slip out of their roles. I've seen Mika do afternoon hosting on the mid-day shows and there's a 180 degree difference between that and the "mommy" figure she plays on MJ.

7. I don't like the epithet "Mo Joe". He doesn't deserve a cool name like that. I use "Joey Scabs" or

Joe Scabbarous. Or Joe Scarface. Morning Blow. etc

MoJoe is something you'd use for someone like Jim Morrison (AKA Mr. Mojo).
