If the Airlines Instituted these new harsh invasive Guidelines that all passengers will have to comply with then it would be a Private Company making their rules about you using their services and you would either have to comply or refuse to use their services. Since the US Supreme Court has said that Corporations are People, then they have the right to force you off their premises if you don't comply to what they say you need to for use of their services and the right to use their property and facilities.
What Many DU'ers are missing is that it's the United States Department of Homeland Security that runs the TSA and both are arms of our US Govt. which is governed by the US Constitution. We pay their salaries...and they don't have the right to grope or subject us to unnecessary radiation if we refuse to comply.
How is it that there are so many posters who can't understand the difference between "Govt. (owned by taxpayers) and Airlines (Private). Let the Airlines hire their own Private "Inspectors" and then let us go at them in protest. But, we certainly have a right to refuse to allow people WE PAY to subject us to what we see as VIOLATIONS of our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS against SEARCH AND SEIZURE!
GOT IT?
