The money isn't there because too many people favoring the idea of its destruction have been taking the money and slipping in IOUs.

Social Security isn't a problem. It is a victim. Its "lock box" is a crime scene.

And people who say these are bonds and not IOUs are being very disingenuous. A bond *is* an IOU.
