12. Except
Postal violence generally involves the employee shooting their supervisors and/or co-workers.

15. Actually, not that many postal workers go postal; it's just that
everyone hears about it when one does. In this case, most people guilty of sexual assault were working for someone at the time. It's jst that right now, a story about say, an accountant engaged in sexual assault off the job isn't going to grab headlines.

2. OK... how can he "adbuct" someone if she left with him voluntarily?
:wtf:

If you read the story, you'll see what I'm saying.

5. and it was HIS suicide note, he tried to kill himself.

6. Hard to say...
I read it as she left with him voluntarily, then he grabbed her in the parking lot:

The LaGrange Daily News reports that Randall Scott King, whose age was not released, grabbed the woman Wednesday night from a MARTA parking lot then took her to his house in Hogansville.

and...

The alleged victim and assailant were not strangers. "They left the airport together voluntarily," Hartsfield-Jackson spokeswoman Katena Carvajales told the AJC.

By "airport" I thought she left with him out of the airport and into the parking lot where he grabbed her.

I don't know, how did he get her to leave the airport with him? Abuse of power?

Let's see what the investigation reveals...

8. Story I read this AM said she was abducted from parking lot
(MARTA) and that she was raped. There seem to be substantive discrepancies in how this is being reported.

17. Same way a consensual sex act can become rape.
When it takes a bad turn and one person wants to stop but the other ignores their wishes and continues.

4. It was HIS suicide note, he tried to kill HIMSELF, not her. Clip of article here...

9. It's not RAPE
Just an "enhanced patdown." and unless she can provide the correct medical term for her anatomy that was violated (on the first try), there is "no harm, no foul."

The TSA employees are just doing their job to protect us from terraists.

13. This is just getting silly. Projecting one person's behavior on
an entire agency is nonsense, as it always has been. There are legitimate complaints about TSA. This is not one of them.
