1. It's a non-story story

Forget it, it has nothing to do with the TSA scan/gropes.

Guy returns from an international flight. The airport is built in such a way that exiting international flights dumps the passenger into the domestic secured air side. Since he hasn't cleared TSA security overseas, he's supposed to go through TSA security.

However, and this is the meat of the story, he's just trying to leave the airport to go home. Doesn't intend to fly domestically and shouldn't have to pass through TSA security. He has free time and decides he's going to force the issue. Eventually TSA agrees to take him around the air side and he exits the airport.

Other airports have this design, Atlanta being one.
