dont clap your hands yet about palin ignorance
Guess what? the average yo yo who would vote for palin hasnt a clue that there is a difference between north and south korea! In fact i doubt they could find Korea on a map. Better yet i doubt they could find a map!

1. Unfortunately
I think most people in the US wouldn't be able to find either Korea on the map, Palin supporters or not. A good percentage of people would even have trouble identifying many US states on a map, including the one they live in.

9. Ever seen Senator Franken draw the U.S. map? He's pretty good.
I suppose I could memorize that pretty easily but I'd have to practice a lot to even come close to what he does.
I just had a little geography training at the blood center. We're expected to be familiar with malarial areas and other travel destinations that can keep people from donating. They got me on Honduras. I thought it was an island. Otherwise I was pretty sharp about South America and the Caribbean.

7. When we start to see the MSM fools wearing their hair like hers and donning
glasses like hers we'll know we're in trouble, with the new Fox News look. I can't stand her voice either. It grates on my nerves.

The worst part of it is we have an ignorant population with many probably casting a vote for her if running.

did you hear Barbara Bush's comments about Sarah?

Bush-Palin feud heats up
3:31 PM Wed, Nov 24, 2010

First, Barbara Bush suggested that Sarah Palin stay in Alaska. Then Palin took aim at "the bluebloods" who don't want her to run for president. The Bush-Palin intraparty feud is certainly heating up. Interviewed today on the Laura Ingraham radio show, Palin responded to Barbara Bush this way:

"I don't want to concede that we have to get used to this kind of thing, because I don't think the majority of Americans want to put up with the blue-bloods -- and I want to say it will all due respect because I love the Bushes -- the blue bloods who want to pick and chose their winners instead of allowing competition."

Sounds like a cat fight might be brewing.

as opposed to that commie Republic of Korea. Yes, one is democratic.

(Kudos to me for finding it on a blank map. Check it out: http://www.gamedesign.jp/flash/worldmap/worldmap.html)

I don't fucking care. Joe Yo-Yo doesn't NEED to know the difference--but the person sitting in the big chair better damn well know it, and Joe Yo-Yo knows that too.

Don't tell us to be frightened of this woman. She's a clown, nothing more.

After the selection, I hit the ground running ready to educate. You're right, never underestimate the power of keeping people ignorant of facts and riling them up with hate and fear. They fooled me once...

And as long as only half the population votes it remains a danger that someone like Palin gets elected(Bush).

33. When are we going to realize...
that Failin' Palin can do no wrong. There is nothing that she could do that would disgust her followers - nothing! The ball is in her court for now - she will have to be the one to 'quit' because they will not quit her. Think 'cult' - Jim Jones - and all the cult leaders who led their flock to ruin and death - I really believe most would follow her off a bridge if she led them. We just cannot reach some people - so what to do!

34. Perhaps that "Bridge to Nowhere" might serve a purpose after all!
There's also a "Million Dollar Bridge" (another Ted Stevens boondoggle with a price tag that exceeded it's nickname) out of Cordova AK that was never completed. Another worthy candidate for the "Last March".

Seriously though, the percentage of the voting population that would willingly perform a lemming routine at Sister Sarah's behest is nowhere close to being a majority. For every one of them there are two or more who want nothing to do wth her -- a group that woud include virtually all Democrats, a safe majority of Independents, and even a few relatively sane Republicans (albeit a shrinking category). It's no accident that the mere thought of her heading up the 2012 GOP ticket gives Karl Rove severe night sweats.
