7. He asked for sentencing by head Rethug judge Pat PRIEST. Almost all of the TX appeals & supremes
are Rethugs. Is sentencing done before appeals? There hasn't been a peep about appeals. Anybody know TX law----but more importantly, the politicians who will have their hands in?

8. I believe sentencing is the next step in the judicial system
But he can probably get a Congressional pardon with the Boner in charge.

Fairness would yield what I desire for DELAY.
