Willie Nelson proves whiskey and pot cause brain damage...
Now hold on one second!

I still love the guy.
His music is great, his support of the causes that are important, especially FarmAid is terrific.

But he gets on the phone with that asshole wack job Alex Jones and repeats "Truther" garbage. :eyes:

4. You don't have to use any substance to believe that...seems kinda common.

5. I don't drink, use pot, or have brain damage
and I also don't believe the official story.

The official story doesn't make sense and was arrived at without a full investigation. Instead of putting down people who come up with other explanations, we should be putting down the government for trying to stuff the official lies down our throats.

I don't know what the truth is and would like a real investigation, even if it causes embarrassment to the powers that be.

6. Look, I'm no truther. But if you lived in Willie's shoes... hounded for his lifestyle...
harassed by the IRS... screwed around with by half a dozen government agencies for speaking out about things he believes in... well, his paranoia may not be right, but it sure it understandable.

7. Understandable, maybe.
Just listen to Alex Jones though on the clip.

This is a guy who lives in an alternative universe, one he created.

8. the whiskey definitely does cause brain damage, the pot not so much
and for sure anyone who objects to the Official Story, well that person simply has to be discredited using any means necessary,

K&U.

10. I resemble that remark
Not the mirror image in any area but I have my doubts and time does not dispel them.

And I LOVE his music too, but you are witnessing the uglier side of Southern Stupidity...has nothing to do with drugs (but they could enhance his loonie toonie ness ness).
