Wonder if their legal department will help him.

9. This one smells, too
The report cites two observations from the judge's ruling, but nowhere is it clear that this was the BASIS for the ruling. Who was the correspondent on this--"The Bad Reporter"?

11. reporters these days don't have time to collect all the facts in a story
whatever the truth in this case, we don't have the full picture

12. The reporter quoted from the judge's ruling...
...but never made clear what the basis of the ruling was. The judge's observations that were cited may or may not have been the basis, or part of the basis, but the reporting was so poor that we can't even tell (despite the fact that the reporter had the ruling in hand).

13. No
he & his supporters conveniently leave out the allegations of domestic violence & stalking. Although, truth be told, mom doesn't smell like a rose either.

10. "Atheism" was an (accurate) allegation against me in my custody fight
It didn't work, because now she's a teenager sitting on the couch asking me to take her to the mall and buy her boots, but one's religious beliefs are not something one wants to defend. On the advice of my lawyer, I went to church for years -- first to the very liberal Evangelical Lutheran church and then to the local Unitarian church (which I actually kind of enjoyed).

I've also been investigated at work for atheism, because atheists are very likely to be immoral. I teach at an inner city public high school. thank goodness I'm a union member and had their lawyers to tell admin to eat shit and die. Also once forced to go to a revival, at work, where I was informed that America would not be truly free until the atheists were dead or converted. Viva Las Vegas, right?

14. America: Land of the "Free"
You're Free (unless you're atheist, agnostic, Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Mexican, Central American, Black, Asian, Indian, Native American, Hindu, Jainist, Sikh or French).
