Too funny! Rush Limbaugh's grandma's jello recipe - warning! gross pics!
Edited on Mon Nov-29-10 07:46 PM by proud2BlibKansan
There is a local writer who goes to used book stores and flea markets and writes about what he finds. This is a gem. It's Rush Limbaugh's grandma's jello recipe. From the cookbook 'Recipes From Old Cape Girardeau'

One of the most significant finds in the Crap Archives, this trembling nightmare of luminescent puke looks like Nickelodeon slime, tastes like salty-sweet mouth-death, and almost manages to do the impossible: inspire sympathy for ol' Rush Limbaugh Jr., huckster clod of the A.M. airwaves.

Step one: combine lime Jell-O with canned pineapples and olives. The result looked less like an underwater paradise than tires floating in a swamp.

Step two: mix another box of Jell-O with cream cheese and Miracle Whip. Once it has set, place it on the swamp-tire mixture.

centers -- these are sliced black olives.

I made a lot of dreadful Jell-O salads during my first marriage -- I think that's one of the reasons he's now married to someone else.

37. You can't put pineapple in Jello
It says not to right on the box.

Pineapple prevents gelatin from thickening. You might as well make it from Koolaid.

- providing you use canned pineapple. The box says not to add fresh or frozen pineapple.
