Women to remain banned from fighting on frontline... in case men die trying to save them

Women soldiers will not be allowed to fight on the frontline in battle, ministers have announced.

The Ministry of Defence made the decision after reviewing whether servicewomen should be allowed to engage in hand-to-hand combat with the enemy.

They have always been banned from serving in units whose job is to ‘close with and kill’ the enemy face-to-face – including the infantry and cavalry.

2. Thousands of men have probably been killed trying to save...
wounded soldiers but I guess they shouldn't die trying to save a wounded soldier provided she is female.

Another decision made by Focus On The Family I suppose.

What happened to gender equality?

3. Including Congressional Medal of Honor recipients
awarded posthumously to soldiers who died fighting to save their comrades.

It is generally looked upon as heroism.
