Kevin Poulsen at Wired News: "The international police organization Interpol has issued a Red Notice for the arrest of WikiLeaks' founder Julian Assange, in connection with a sex crime investigation in Sweden." Certainly sounds simpler than arresting him for the leaks.

2. Yes. Old news really
Supposedly consensual sex but the woman claimed rape because she didn't give permission to ejaculate in her. Or something like that. Charges have been considered not substatiated.

Whole thing is an obvious smear campaign and worse - probably an excuse to get him in custody. At which point I wouldn't want to be him.
