I think I just heard on Bloomberg that the Estate tax in the tax cut bill covers only 64 people?

I think I just heard on Bloomberg that the Estate tax in the tax cut bill covers only 64 people?
Does that sound right?

and summers screaming that we will double dip if it doesn't pass.

4. As of today, there is no estate tax, so it covers 0 people
In 2011, there will be an estate tax again, but we really don't know the exact details until a bill is passed (or it its not passed)
