Did a second gunman down Sarha's Caribou?
Edited on Fri Dec-10-10 10:52 AM by Botany
The Caribou went down and to the left as if shot by a second gunman.

After deep study of the unedited version of Sarah Palin v Caribou I can't help but wonder
if there was a second gunman that downed the caribou? Did TLC fly in ringer from Blackwater?

http://www.mediaite.com/tv/chris-matthews-calls-sarah-palin-a-dead-shot-but-unedited-video-suggests-otherwise/

The animal seems to fall as if shot from a grassy knoll @ a different angle somewhere on the tundra in the Brooks range
in Alaska. Sarah needed help loading the gun, working the gun's action, and how to use a rest to steady the gun, Annie
Okley she is not.

3. Just give it the Fox News treatment.
Some people say that a second gunman killed the caribou from a grassy knoll on the tundra.

Could this be it?

I doubt he has ever even fired a rifle or probably even picked one up.

6. She Missed 5 times with the complete video
Then given another gun by the spotter, her own gun failed to do the job
she couldn't been more that 40 yards from the deer.

8. There's no proof that Palin and the animal she was trying to kill
Edited on Fri Dec-10-10 10:59 AM by bushisanidiot
were even in the same zip code, on the same day. they showed a close up of Palin firing a gun, with step by step instructions from two men, then showed a picture of the animal she was supposedly aiming at fall to the ground. She could have been shooting at a can on a fence in Wisconsin, for all we knew.

9. I thought that when I first saw it. She miss, miss, misses and then drops it in its tracks,
just as we get a camera shot of the caribou through the scope. Wow! What are the odds?

20. Everyone was whispering--presumably because the caribou might hear them and run
so why didn't it run from the sound of Sarah's five missed shots? Are they hard of hearing?

11. There are some real reasons for the caribou just standing there.
Good chance that Caribou had never seen a human being let alone a hunter up close.
The Brooks range is some of the most remote land in the world and a young caribou
might never have run across a hunter before and it was not part of a heard which would
have "bolted" after the first shot.

Good chance there was not a road w/ in 100 miles of where she was hunting ....
she was flown into "the bush" for her hunting.

12. What she did wasn't hunting.
Reminds me of Dick Cheney. I'm surprised she didn't go out in a golf cart. They found the caribou, picked the spot, and loaded her gun for her. Then she took five shots to hit the thing. Her cover story was that the scope was off. Newsflash, saying "my scope was off" isn't an excuse. It's admitting you aren't a hunter.

She should have just taken a trip to the slaughterhouse and popped a steer with one of those things the bad guy uses in "No Country for Old Men." It would have been more honest, not to mention producing a much better tasting result.

16. Any hunter worth his or her salt would have made sure that their gun was ...
..... sighted in before hunting. Although @ the distance she was shooting @ (my guess 60
yards) I could have hit the beast w/ my 20 gage pump shotgun using a "slug tube."

that gun, and all of sudden, the animal drops with one fatal shot!
