I asked my mom's friend who works at Walmart this morning how easy it is to get a job there. She said if she had to guess it would be 4 - 6 months waiting time. She said most of the people there now have been there 3 years or longer. She's been with Walmart 12 years and said hardly anybody except a few folks like her have worked there for that long.
