Bug Man Accused Of Stealing From Clients Since '83
A southwestern Colorado exterminator is suspected of earning the trust of his customers — and their dogs — to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of items and cash over the course of nearly 30 years.

Charles Trogdon was arrested Nov. 1, days after one of his customers, who was hiding, said she saw Trogdon open a nightstand where money previously had been stolen. La Plata County sheriff's investigator Dan Patterson said other customers began calling and wondering if Trogdon was responsible for missing cash and items over the years — everything from tools and jewelry to a custom-made rifle.

7. Speaking from the point of view of someone
who endured him as my damned Congresscritter for 9 damned years,

(and as someone who stuffed his postage paid return envelopes with as many junk mail inserts as possible... it was the Yippie in me!)

(and also someone who executed Campaign Mailer Schoolbook Defacement 101 and sent that back too...)

(AND as someone who had his creepy damned cousin, who worked for the exterminating company, try to pick her up at an icehouse in downtown Houston...)

there is only ONE Bug Man.

BTW, reminiscing on my lighter-hearted pranks in days of yore, it makes me wonder, do we need a damn Yippie movement these days? Is it all so damned dangerous to be a Merry Prankster now? Well... I know the answer to this question is "Yes". I guess that the Colbert/Stewart event was kind of Ironic Yip... but I think we'd benefit from a Thousand Points Of Yip.

5. Me. Yes, the vermin crook Tom DeLay immediately sprang to mind.
The guy in the article may've ripped off clients, but The Smilin' Hammer ripped off 99.9 percent of the country.
