6. It's making news and waking people up, I bet. Which is another good reason
why republicans should have been made to really filibuster and talk...expose their bad ideas.

Think the republicans could talk coherently for 8 hours about why van jones shouldn't be appointed or about why 9/11 rescue workers shouldn't get aid? They would be exposed.

Friday at 11: "Today, Senator Bernie Sanders staged a filibuster. An actual filibuster" (There will be 10-15 seconds, and maybe 20-30 seconds of Jimmy Stewart).

Monday at 11: "It turns out Senator Sanders did not stage an actual filibuster under the rules of the Senate. And now to Jim, with the weather."
