What does it mean to be a "Big D" Democrat?
Are there certain values that the Party should represent and virtually all members subscribe to? How big a tent should the Party provide?

And possibly most importantly--should the Party serve its members by majority rule or should the Party put forth its values and we subscribe?

Tough question--I'm trying to answer it for myself and quite honestly can't decide. I don't want to discourage DU's Greens and others from participating, but I really think it's a question Democrats need to confront, especially now.

Your thoughts?
