A person in the Armed Forces called a few hours before the explosions in downtown Stockholm a friend to stay away from Queen Street.
"If you can, avoid Queen Street today. It can happen much there ... just so you know," read the statement, reportedly said.
For the Armed Forces' press service, the data was unknown on Sunday.
- This I do not know at all. Now I check the data, said Officer Jonathan Smith.
Later he stated that the defense now, "prepares the way the matter should be handled". Still a little later, a written comment from the Armed Forces Communications Director Erik Stone Stocks:
" "Do not in advance known to the plans or the circumstances surrounding the events. If this were the case, had had SAPO as the responsible authority in such matters immediately informed."
