That happens all the time.

When they start following all the laws, they can start telling other people what to do. Many do try to improve themselves and show honor in ways they know, I don't have a problem with that, but when people start telling people what they have to do that means very little outside of the social context of the time it was first said, and do that to think themselves righteous it shows they are not thinking about it.

There does have to be social laws, but not by people that ignore them, or think they follow them without even understanding the reasons or purpose of laws.

That is just 'doing what someone is told' and not thinking and feeling if it is correct or wrong. It lacks 2nd and 3rd defense.

That sounds pretty nasty. I know we have had a major disaster here on the Gulf, but I don't think it's that deadly. You could take samples of wildlife from all areas of the country and I'm sure you'd find plenty of undesirable things there as well. I still eat Gulf seafood and so do most of the people I know and I've yet to hear of someone getting sick. The seafood looks, tastes, and smells the same as it always has. I think people should examine Gulf seafood closely before it is prepared, but I wouldn't reject it out of hand. After all, we eat fish and game from all over the world, which isn't examined nearly as closely as seafood from the Gulf.
