|
We did all the compromising and he did all the taking.

17. Whole package costs 860 billion. Tax cuts for the top 2% = 81.5 billion |
|
The Total tax cut part is I think 560 billion. So the majority of that goes to 98%

23. So the top 2% get 10% of the cash |
|
And the tax cuts are for 2 years (more) but the unemployment benefits are only for 13 months, and none for the 99'ers. So those in the greatest need are getting 13 months, and those with the least need are getting a chance to argue all over again in 2 years.

And she's letting him claim that it has been OBAMA who has been unwilling to compromise totally unchallenged.
The liberal media at its finest.

6. Yeah that's the "conventional wisdom" the media/rightwing noise machine |
|
has been pushing from day one. "Obama is a rigid leftist ideologue who shoved things down the throats of poor gentle Republicans."

So apparently, MSNBC's afternoon crew thinks Obama is both an evil socialist, and an evil corporatist.

I heard him refuse to even utter the word "compromise"- I know Pres. Obama knows where Boehner stands. We need to play the clip of Boehner saying "compromise" is a negative word.

|
Used it to claim that NEITHER side wants to compromise.
She applied Boehner's statement to the Dems equally.

By "everyone", I mean the general public--you know, the ones who will blame Obama for all the gridlock Mr. "I Reject Compromise" is going to cause.
