Corporations and small business do not pay taxes on GROSS income they pay on NET INCOME.Most small business will invest most if not all profit back in the business.Rich people will set up corporations so their income is not personal and most corporations are set up to lose money,therefore no taxes on the other hand people on someones payroll don`t really have that many deductions.Actually setting the tax rate at 95 percent for a millionaire and above will not really cause them to pay more taxes unless they are really dumb.
